Annie Del Interiors was founded organically in the summer of 2023, out of necessity for creative expression and a love of design.

After just shy of a decade in fine jewelry sales in the heart of Chicago, Annie and her husband found themselves moving from the city with three babies under 4 years old. Annie was open to a new, undetermined chapter.

After happily focusing on updating and designing her new home on the North Shore, Annie was called to a friend’s to help with a powder room update. From there, a little facelift turned into a full-blown design opportunity, and Annie Del Interiors was created. 

The path to this career felt destined. Annie spent her childhood summers in the galleries of Santa Fe, surrounded by artists, designers, and creatives. Exposure to unique textiles, artifacts, sculptures, paintings, and architecture on a daily basis filled her soul and trained her eye. Global objects have always been at her fingertips and have taught her to invest in unique pieces in the home. 

Annie Del Interiors aesthetic is vibrant and unstuffy. A lover of palms, earthy textures, natural patina, animal prints, color, and layered moments influence her design. Feminine and funky,  a bit of tradition mixed with bohemian luxury gives way to a unique and happy space. ADI’s specialty is helping client’s express themselves, through her lens.

Whether you’re investing in a forever-home or wanting to upgrade a space that is often overrun by young children, ADI specializes in finding creative solutions to achieve an elevated environment. 

Services

Hourly Consultation

This service is meant for smaller projects and is intended to cover a wide range of needs for one or more rooms. Hourly Consultation includes but is not limited to: mood boards, layout options, paint color choices, wallcovering sourcing and purchasing, art direction and furniture selections for one or more rooms, as well as budget planning. There is no minimum spend required, but a budget is recommended to attain the desired look. The owner is responsible for project management, coordinating and facilitating all orders, deliveries, and installations.

  • $125 per hour, with a minimum booking requirement of 5 hours per room.

Full Service

For larger, more design-intensive projects, we recommend our Full Service offering. This option includes interior design and project management by Annie Del Interiors, plus an extension of a designer discount, when available. ADI will facilitate and coordinate purchases and installations, as well as offer multiple CAD & 3D renderings. Additional services include budget planning, mood board creation, layout options, paint and wallcovering sourcing. ADI will provide the owner with vetted recommendations for contractors and subcontractors and will be in direct communication with the teams for quotes, scheduling, installation, and problem solving.There is no minimum spend required, but a budget to attain desired look will be suggested.

  • $175.00 per hour with a minimum of 10 hours per room, unless otherwise agreed)
